Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using KiraPOS (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

KiraPOS provides cloud-based point-of-sale and related features as described on our website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

4. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed as shown at signup or checkout (including via our payment provider, e.g. Stripe). Fees are in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other accounts.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent security except where permitted by law.
• Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Your data

You retain rights to business data you enter. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

7. Intellectual property

KiraPOS, its branding, and the Service software are owned by Sorable Sdn Bhd or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property except a limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where permissible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Sorable Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim (or RM100 if no fees applied), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons, with notice where reasonable. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
